HI-FOAM DEGREASER

BENEFITS : Special water-miscible, solvent-based cleaner and degreaser developed specifically to meet the requirements of Aerospace Materials Specification (AMS) 1532. Designed for foam application to quickly cut through and remove grease, grime and dirt. A combination of high-flash solvents, emulsifiers, detergents, coupling agents, foam boosters, water conditioning agents, and builders. Mixes with water for great economy; however it will not mix with solvents.

Rinses Film Free Rinses more freely than ordinary solvent based degreasers. Leaves no difficult-toremove
solvent film or odor on surfaces. Rinsabililty is unaffected by water hardness.
Built-in Foamer Contains special foaming agents. Product can be applied through any air injection-type foamer. Foamer must be compatible with petroleum based solvents. Foam allows solution to cling to vertical surfaces, thus prolonging contact time for increased effectiveness.
Aircraft Approved Conforms to all the requirements of Aerospace Material Specification (AMS) 1532.
Particularly suited and recommended for cleaning and degreasing exterior aircraft
surfaces.

Solvent-Based Cleaner degreaser
A water dilutable solvent-based cleaner and degreaser. Actually mixes with water to form stable, nonseparable solutions
not emulsions. Can be applied as a foam to prolong effective cleaning time.
Conforms to all requirements of Aerospace Materials Specification (AMS) 1532 for exterior aircraft cleaners and degreasers. Rinses more freely and completely than ordinary degreasers. Leaves no residual solvent odor. May be used to degrease a variety of parts and surfaces including the following:
Automotive: Engines and Parts, Motor Blocks, Chassis, Tractors, Motorcycles
Industrial: Machinery, Tools and Presses, Equipment, Oil Soaked Floors, Grease Racks
Marine: Engines, Pumps, Bilges, Tanks
Aircraft: Engines, Cowlings, Wheel Wells, Housings, Exhaust Ports, Fuselage
DIRECTIONS
May be used undiluted for greatest effectiveness or diluted with up to 10 parts water for greater economy.
Do not dilute with solvents as these solutions are not stable and separate rapidly. Wear eye and skin protection when handling this product. Use with adequate ventilation.
For General Degreasing, apply product or solution to surfaces to be cleaned. Allow to soak 10 to 15 minutes.
Rinse with water, pressure spray, or steam gun. Heavy deposits may require a second application.
For Foam Degreasing, predilute or inject into foamer at a rate of 1 part product to 4 to 10 parts water.
Use air injection or pressure tank foam equipment only. Apply foam to all surfaces and allow to soak 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with water, pressure, or steam.
NOTE: As with any strong solvent, exercise care on painted surfaces to avoid possible damage. Pretest in inconspicuous area prior to general use.
Note to customers in California & Ozone Transport Commission States (CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME,
NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, Northern VA, and VT): This product may not be used at a use concentration
greater than 1 part product to 13 parts water. For incidental use to deal with limited special applications such as hard-to-remove soils or stains, this product may be used at a greater concentration than stated above or as a concentrate.
